What is OPERATION HUNGER?
Everyday, 1 in 8 Americans suffers from Food Insecurity.  Of that number, 1 in 6 are children.  The Rotary Club of Morristown began OPERATION HUNGER as a project to ensure that local residents experiencing food insecurity had access to meals during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Since it’s grassroots inception during the lock-down of 2020, OPERATION HUNGER has partnered with local Morristown-area restaurants and has provided over 60,000 meals to the food insecure.  OPERATION HUNGER kept locals fed, and helped keep local restaurants open during uncertain times.

100% of the net proceeds from this raffle will go to support the Interfaith Food Pantry, Nourish.NJ, and Table of Hope; local organizations dedicated to helping feed families and children.

Who is Morristown Rotary?
Our club serves Morristown and Morris Township, working as a part of Rotary International, a global organization of 1.2 million Rotarians helping communities around the globe. Along with the opportunities to serve our community, members develop lifelong friendships working side by side as well as business relationships through networking.

We fund many projects locally like our Operation Hunger Program, and fund many local charities. Globally we are involved in clean water and sanitation projects, as well as Rotary’s continued efforts to eradicate Polio worldwide.
