Operation Hunger
We as a club and our members continue to be extraordinary at supporting our community, during these tough times. As of June 19th, Operation Hunger will have provided for the delivery of 6,050 meals to the temporary residents at the Homeless Solutions shelter and the senior residents at the Town and Township Housing Authority buildings. These delicious meals were purchased from and provided by several of our outstanding Taste of Morristown partners, allowing us to support our some of our local business owners through this difficult economic downturn.
With one of the largest grants in it's history, the Rotary Club buys meals at a pre-arranged cost from our restaurant partners. The meals are delivered to the Homeless Solutions facility to feed the 65 residents who are sheltering in place. Please help us continue this program by donating to our GoFundMe account. All funds will go toward feeding members of our community through local restaurants.
