Of course we are still seeking Rotarians to cover afternoon shifts that day and use original SignUp Genius to sign up for the new Oct 4 date..
As our Club becomes more active, with more members proposing and leading projects, we need a simple and consistent way to make sure good ideas can move forward while the Board understands what the Club is committing to—financially and otherwise.
Attached is our Project Request Form. Please save a blank copy for future use. It is in Word so you can fill it out on your computer or print it and fill it out by hand.
Either way, if you would like to propose a new Club project, please complete the form and send it to me and Denise Wennogle, our Treasurer. Please submit it before the Board meeting immediately preceding any announcement or start of the proposed project. This gives the Board an opportunity to review the project, understand any financial or other commitments, and make a decision before the Club has committed itself.
The simple process makes sure we know what we are doing before we do it, that the Board can support the people doing the work, and that members have a clear path for bringing forward projects and taking the lead on things they care about.
Some projects or expenses may already fall within an approved annual budget amount. If you have any question about whether yours does, please contact Denise directly.
